Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:307

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il bin Abi Khalid, from Abu Ishaq, from Al-Bara’ who said: The last verse in the Quran is: "They ask you for a legal ruling. Say, 'Allah gives you a ruling concerning one having neither descendants nor ascendants [as heirs].'"
