Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:309

Waki’ narrated to us, from Qurrah, from Abu Raja’, who said: I took from Abu Musa: "Read in the name of your Lord who created." And it is the first Surah that was revealed to Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
