Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:31

Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Amr, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from 'Abdullah ibn Abi Nuhayk, from Sa'd, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He is not of us who does not chant the Quran."
