Abu Usama narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from Abd al-Karim, from Tawus: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was asked, "Who is the most learned of people in recitation?" He said, "The one who, when he recites, you see that he fears Allah." He said: And Talq was among those people.
