Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:349

Sharīk narrated to us, from Abū Isḥāq, who said: Muʿādh used to mix from this sūrah and from this sūrah. So it was said to him, and he said: "Do you see me mixing into it what is not from it?"
