Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:359

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from ‘Ikrimah, who said: "Bara’ah (Surah at-Tawbah) continued to be revealed until Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, feared for them (the hypocrites). And it used to be called 'al-Fadihah' (The Exposer)."
