Narrated to us Umar ibn Sa'd Abu Dawud, from Sufyan, from al-Hasan ibn 'Amr ibn Abi Sa'id ibn 'Amr, from Fudayl, from Ibrahim, who said: They used to dislike teaching their children the Quran until they understood.
