Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Shamir, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from Ka'b, who said: The Qur'an and the Sultanate will fight each other, and the Sultanate will trample upon the ear of the Qur'an, and neither will care about the other, nor will the other care about it.
