Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Isma’il bin Rafi’ narrated to us, from a man, from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr, who said: Whoever recites the Qur’an, it is as if prophethood has been drawn into his sides, except that he is not inspired by revelation.
