Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:47

Waki’ narrated to us, from Musa ibn ‘Ubaydah, from Muhammad ibn Ka’b, who said: Whoever recites the Quran, it is as if he has seen the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Then he recited: "Or are you witnesses when Allah ordained this for you?" (Al-An'am: 148).
