Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:48

Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibrahim bin Zayd, from al-Zuhri, from Mu’adh bin Jabal, who said: Whoever memorizes the Quran, he has a supplication; if he wishes, he may hasten it for his worldly life, and if he wishes, he may save it for his Hereafter.
