Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:54

Zayd ibn Hubab narrated to us, from Jarir ibn Hazim, from Ikrimah ibn Khalid, who said: The Quran was revealed in our tongue, meaning [the tongue of] Quraysh.
