Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:84

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from Isa ibn Fa'id, he said: So-and-so narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Ubadah, he said: He narrated it to me from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), he said: "There is no one who recites the Quran and then forgets it, except that he will meet Allah while he is a leper (ajdham)."
