Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:100

Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Malik ibn al-Harith, from Mughith ibn Sumayy, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A renewed Torah has been revealed to me, in which is the light of wisdom and the springs of knowledge, so that blind eyes, sealed hearts, and deaf ears may be opened by it. And it is the most recent of the Books from the Most Merciful."
