Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Husayn ibn Waqid narrated to me, he said: Abu Nahik narrated to me, he said: I heard ‘Amr ibn Akhtab Abu Zayd al-Ansari saying: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) asked for water, so I brought him a cup, and there was a hair in it, so he removed it. He said: "O Allah, beautify him." And I have seen him while he was ninety-four years old, and there was not a single white strand on his head.
