Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:142

Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from 'Ammar, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, he said: The prophets were mentioned in the presence of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. When he mentioned himself, he said: "That is the Friend (Khalil) of Allah."
