Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:155

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ja’far, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is mentioned in my presence and forgets to invoke blessings upon me, has missed the path to Paradise on the Day of Resurrection."
