Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:159

Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from his father, from Abu Ya'la, from Rabi' ibn Khuthaym, who said: We do not prefer anyone over our Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and we do not prefer anyone over Ibrahim, the Friend of Allah.
