Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:168

'Abbad ibn al-'Awwam narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Simak, from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: There was thinness in the shanks of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He would not laugh except by smiling. And when I would look at him, I would say: "He is kohl-eyed," yet he was not kohl-eyed.
