Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:204

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, he said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Amr ibn Maymun al-Awdi, from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab: That when Musa, peace be upon him, arrived at the water of Madyan, he found upon it a community of people watering. When they finished, they replaced the rock over the well, and no one could lift it except ten men. Then he saw two women holding back [their flock]. He said, "What is your affair?" They informed him. So he came to the stone and lifted it, then he did not draw except one bucket until the sheep were satisfied. The two women returned to their father and told him. Musa, peace be upon him, turned to the shade and said, "My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need." Then one of them came to him, walking with shyness, placing her garment over her face. She said, "Indeed, my father invites you that he may reward you for having watered for us." He said to her, "Walk behind me and describe the path to me, for I dislike that the wind should strike your garment and describe your body to me." When he reached her father, he narrated the story to him. One of them said, "O my father, hire him. Indeed, the best one you can hire is the strong, the trustworthy." He said, "O my daughter, what do you know of his trustworthiness and his strength?" She said, "As for his strength, his lifting of the stone, which ten men could not lift. And as for his trustworthiness, he said to me, 'Walk behind me and describe the path to me, for I fear that the wind should strike your garment and describe your body.'" 'Umar said: So she came to him, not being a bold woman, neither one who goes out much nor one who enters much, placing her garment over her face.
