Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:281

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Ubayd Allah ibn Umar, from Sa’id ibn Abi Sa’id, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was asked, "Who is the most honorable of people?" He said, "The most God-fearing of them." They said, "It is not about this that we are asking you." He said, "Then the most honorable of people is Yusuf, the Prophet of Allah, the son of the Prophet of Allah, the son of the Friend of Allah (may the blessings of Allah be upon them)."
