'Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from al-Shaybani and Isma'il, from al-Sha'bi, who said: 'Ali said: "We did not consider it far-fetched that the *Sakina* (divine tranquility/inspiration) speaks upon the tongue of 'Umar."
