Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:365

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Shaqiq, who said: Abdullah said: "If the knowledge of the living Arabs were placed in one scale, and the knowledge of Umar were placed in another scale, the knowledge of Umar would outweigh them."
