Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qays ibn Muslim, from Tariq ibn Shihab, he said: We used to say that the *Sakinah* (tranquility/divine inspiration) descends upon the tongue of Umar.
