Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:38

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Israel narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abdullah ibn Ghalib, from Hudhayfah, who said: The master of the children of Adam on the Day of Resurrection is Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
