Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:381

Jarir narrated to us, from Ya'qub, from Ja'far, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, that Gabriel said to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace): "Convey peace to Umar, and inform him that his contentment is a judgment and his anger is might."
