Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from al-Harith ibn Hasirah, who said: Abu Sulayman al-Juhani—meaning Zayd ibn Wahb—narrated to me, saying: I heard Ali upon the pulpit, and he was saying: "I am the servant of Allah and the brother of His Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. No one said it before me, and no one will say it after me except a lying fabricator."
