Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:521

Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Talha ibn Yahya, from his uncle Isa ibn Talha, that a Bedouin came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and asked him about those who have fulfilled their vow. He turned away from him. Then he asked him again, and he turned away from him. He said: Then Talha ibn Ubaydullah entered from the door of the mosque, wearing two green garments. He said: "This is from those who have fulfilled their vow."
