Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:565

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Bara', that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said to Ja'far: "You have resembled my creation and my character."
