Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:586

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from ‘Asim ibn Kulayb, from his father, from Ibn ‘Abbas, that ‘Umar asked the companions of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) about a matter. He said: Then he asked me, and I informed him. He said: "Do you blame me for bringing something like what this youth has brought, whose black hair has not yet gathered?"
