Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:640

'Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Dahhak, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad ibn Zayd ibn Jud'an, who said: It was narrated to us that 'Abd Allah ibn Safwan and another man with him came to 'A'ishah. 'A'ishah said, "O so-and-so, have you heard the hadith of Hafsah?" He said, "Yes, O Mother of the Believers." 'Abd Allah ibn Safwan said to her, "And what is that, O Mother of the Believers?" She said, "Nine traits which were not in any of the people, except for what Allah gave to Maryam bint 'Imran. By Allah, I do not say this to boast over my companions." 'Abd Allah ibn Safwan said, "And what are they, O Mother of the Believers?" She said, "The angel descended with my image, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) married me at seven years old, and I was gifted to him at nine years old. He married me as a virgin; no one among the people shared me with him. The revelation came to him while I and he were in one blanket. I was among the most beloved of people to him. Verses of the Qur'an were revealed concerning me, because of which the nation almost perished. I saw Jibril, and none of his wives saw him except me. And he was taken (in death) in my house; no one attended to him except the angel and I."
