Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:681

Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn ‘Amr narrated to us, he said: Waqid ibn ‘Amr ibn Sa‘d ibn Mu‘adh narrated to us, he said: I entered upon Anas ibn Malik when he arrived in Medina with my brother’s son, and I greeted him. He said: "Who are you?" I said: "I am Waqid ibn ‘Amr ibn Sa‘d ibn Mu‘adh." He wept and wept excessively, then he said: "You resemble Sa‘d, for Sa‘d was among the greatest of people and the tallest of them. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) sent an expedition to Ukaydir of Dumah, and he sent back a garment of silk woven with gold. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) wore it, and the people began to touch it with their hands. He said: 'Do you marvel at this?' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, we have never seen you looking better than you do today.' The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: 'The handkerchiefs of Sa‘d in Paradise are better than what you see.'"
