Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:702

Waki' narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid narrated to us, from Qays ibn Abi Hazim, from Jarir ibn 'Abd Allah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) never veiled himself from me since I accepted Islam, and he never saw me except that he smiled.
