Muhammad ibn Bishr al-‘Abdi narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn ‘Amr narrated to us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "If the people were to travel through a valley or a mountain pass, and the Ansar were to travel through a valley or a mountain pass, I would travel through the valley or the mountain pass of the Ansar. And were it not for the Hijrah (emigration), I would have been a man from among the Ansar."
