Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:75

Muhammad bin Fudayl narrated to us, from Abu Sinan Dirar bin Murrah, from Muharib bin Dithar, from Ibn Buraydah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The people of Paradise are one hundred and twenty rows; eighty rows of them are from this nation."
