Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:76

Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad, who said: I heard Abu Umamah al-Bahili saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saying: "My Lord promised me that He would enter seventy thousand from my Ummah into Paradise, with every thousand being seventy thousand, without any reckoning upon them and without any punishment. And three handfuls from the handfuls of my Lord."
