Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah, from al-Nazzal, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "We and you were in the Jahiliyyah the sons of 'Abd Manaf, but today we are the sons of 'Abd Allah."
