Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 27:89

Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Mis'ar narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah ibn Salamah narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah said: "Your Prophet was given everything, except the keys of the five [things]: 'Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs, and no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die.'"
