Hadith 25:1
Isma'il narrated to us, from Sharhabil ibn Muslim, who said: I heard Abu Umamah al-Bahili saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in his sermon during the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage, saying: "Indeed, Allah has given every person who has a right his right; therefore, there is no bequest for an heir."
حدثنا إسماعيل عن شرحبيل بن مسلم قال سمعت أبا أمامة الباهلي يقول سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في خطبته عام حجة الوداع يقول إن الله أعطى كل ذي حق حقه فلا وصية لوارث
