Hadith 25:107
Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: If he bequeaths both of them, then they are from the third [of the estate], meaning Hajj and Zakat.
حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال إذا أوصى بهما فهما من الثلث يعني الحج والزكاة
