Hadith 25:108
Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said: If he bequeaths for Hajj and he had not performed Hajj, then it is from the one-third.
حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال إذا اوصى بحج ولم يكن حج فمن الثلث
