Hadith 25:11
'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who bequeathed more than a third [of his wealth] with the consent of the heirs, then when he died, they denied that. He said: It is binding upon them.
حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل أوصى بأكثر من الثلث برضا الورثة فلما مات أنكروا ذلك قال هو جائز عليهم
