Hadith 25:111
Jarir narrated to us, from Sulayman al-Taymi, from al-Hasan and Tawus, regarding a man upon whom is the Hajj of Islam and upon whom is Zakat on his wealth: They both said: "These two are in the position of a debt."
حدثنا جرير عن سليمان التيمي عن الحسن وطاوس في الرجل عليه حجة الإسلام وتكون عليه الزكاة في ماله قالا يكونان هذين بمنزلة الدين
