Hadith 25:112
Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from 'Abd al-'Aziz, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a man who dies and bequeaths that Hajj be performed on his behalf, or that charity be given on his behalf for the expiation of Ramadan or the expiation of an oath. He said: "It is from the third."
