Hadith 25:117
Al-Dahhak narrated to us, he said: I said, "Is their bequest permissible if they hit upon the truth?" [He said], "They judge according to their own intellects." He said, "No."
حدثنا الضحاك ( 1 ) قال قلت ( 1 ) اتجوز وصيتهما إن أصابا الحق يحكمان على عقولهما قال ما ( 1 )
