Hadith 25:126
'Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz, that he wrote regarding a man who gave all of his wealth as charity to someone other than an heir, then he withheld it until he died: "That is to be returned to the third."
حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن عمر بن عبد العزيز كتب في رجل تصدق بماله كله على غير وارث ثم حبسه حتى مات يرد ذلك إلى الثلث
