Hadith 25:13
Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Hammad, that he said regarding a man who bequeaths more than a third: "If the heirs permit it, then they retract it," he said: "They do not have the right to retract it." And al-Hakam said: "If they wish, they may retract it."
حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد أنه قال في الرجل يوصي بأكثر من الثلث يجيزه الورثة ثم يرجعون فيه قال ليس لهم أن يرجعوا وقال الحكم إن شاؤا رجعوا فيه
