Hadith 25:132
Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah, from Abd al-Malik ibn Ya'la, the judge of Basra, regarding a man who writes his will, then seals it, then says, "Bear witness to what is in it." He said: It is permissible.
حدثنا زيد بن الحباب عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن عبد الملك بن يعلى قاضي البصرة في الرجل يكتب وصيته ثم يختمها ثم يقول اشهدوا على ما فيها قال جائز
