Hadith 25:137
Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Abu Bakr ibn Abi Musa, who said: A young boy among the sons of Abu Musa made a bequest. His brothers wanted to reject his bequest, so they took the matter up to Shurayh. He (Shurayh) validated the boy’s bequest.
حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الشيباني عن أبي بكر بن أبي موسى قال أوصى بن لأبي موسى غلام صغير بوصية فأراد إخوته أن يردوا وصيته فارتفعوا إلى شريح فأجاز وصية الغلام
