Hadith 25:152
Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Awf al-A’rabi, from Hisham ibn Hubayrah, that he judged regarding a man who bequeathed to a man the equivalent of the share of one of his children, while he had a male and a female, that he has the share of the female. Abu Bakr said: Waki’ said: Sufyan said: He has the share of a female.
حدثنا وكيع قال حدثنا سفيان عن عوف الأعرابي عن هشام بن هبيرة أنه قضى في رجل أوصى لرجل بمثل نصيب أحد ولده وله ذكر وأنثى أن له نصيب الأنثى قال أبو بكر قال وكيع قال سفيان له نصيب أنثى
